Use | for the preparation of acid dyes used as dye intermediates. |
production method | is obtained by sulfonation of β-naphthylamine. The sulfonation reaction is carried out at 50-60 °c to produce a mixture of 2-naphthylamine -5-sulfonic acid and 2-naphthylamine -8-sulfonic acid, which is diluted with water and then adjusted to pH 9 by adding sodium hydroxide solution, filtration and evaporation gave the sodium salt. Then it is extracted and separated with ethanol, and the extract is evaporated to dryness to obtain 2-naphthylamino-5-sulfonic acid sodium salt, and then hydrolyzed and acidified to obtain the finished product. |
